Snow forecast to hit Ireland as new ‘Beast from the East’ swoops in later this month with freezing temperatures

New weather charts show a 25 per cent chance of flurries in the Dublin area towards the end of the month.

And they predict that snow could hit as early as Friday, November 23 – with the probability of snow increasing every day after this.

It comes as temperatures are set to plunge as low as -10C as cold air from Russia causes weather chaos.

Paddy Power are letting people take a punt at those odds that there will be flurries recorded at either Dublin airport or Belfast airport.

Met Eireann’s Evelyn Cusack recently warned that snow could be heavier this winter.
